Will
God really forgive anything?
Is there a final judgment and
heaven and hell?
Is
accepting Jesus the only way to get to heaven? Isn't that intolerant
and narrow-minded?
What do I have to do to accept
Jesus Christ as my savior?
What is heaven like?
Q: Will God really forgive
anything?
A: Yes! Even though it's hard for us to understand
there is nothing that God won't forgive. In Hebrews 10:17 it says,
"their sins and lawless acts I will remember no more." God forgives us
because He loves us so much. However, it says in Mark 3:28, 29 that
God won't forgive blasphemes of the Holy Spirit, but it seems like this
happens when someone deliberately continues to do evil or continually
rejects salvation after fully understanding it.
Q: Is there a
final judgment and heaven and hell?
A: Yes, every person who lives will one day have their
actions, thoughts, and motives judged. Heaven and hell are also real.
Heaven is a place that is too wonderful to describe where Christians are
with God eternally. Hell is a place of eternal separation from God and
the people who go there have chosen to reject our savior Jesus Christ.
Q: Is accepting
Jesus the only way to get to heaven? Isn't that intolerant and
narrow-minded?
A: In the Bible in Acts 4:12 the Apostle Peter says about
Jesus, "salvation comes no other way; no other name has been or will be
given to us by which we can be saved, only this one." The God, Jesus,
and the way to salvation are painted differently by other religions like
Hinduism, Buddhism, and Islam. Since these ideologies are so
exclusive, we have to choose which one is right and which one is wrong.
Paul pointed to the superiority of the claims of Christianity in Acts
17:29-31 where he spoke about Jesus' resurrection.
Q: What do I have to do to accept Jesus Christ as my savior?
A: Click here.
Q: What is heaven like?
A: It is a wonderful place where there is no night and
Christians get to be with God all of the time. It is too awesome to
describe with words!
